All St. Hedwig’s Church Volunteers, Ministry Members and everyone who regularly spends time in the Church or Parish Hall is required by the Diocese of Rockville Centre to complete new volunteer forms. Please visit the rectory to pick up your pocket or download it below. New forms must be brought back to our office by March 16th.
